Russell L. Martin, age 77, passed away Tuesday March 12, 2024 with his family by his side. Russ was born February 19,1947 the son of Robert and Pauline (Voss) Martin. He attended Oregon Community High School graduating in 1965. After high school Russ joined the Army and served from 1966-1968. When he returned home he married Judy Mumford, on September 14, 1968.
