Oregon, IL, Erin Groves was pronounced deceased on Sunday February 26, 2023. She was born to Nicole Short and Ronald Groves on May 5, 1983 in Swedish American Hospital, Rockford, IL where she was raised.

Erin is survived by her children: Alicia, Journey, and Chirstian; parents: Nicole (Randy Caronna) Short, Norco, LA and Ronald Groves, Rockford, IL; sister: Lily (Tim Berger) Groves, Rockford, IL; brother: Keil Groves, New Sarpy, LA; grandmother: Diane McDermott (John McDermott deceased), Luling, LA; niece: Dakotah; nephews: Brock, Carson, Paxton, and Logan.

Erin is preceded in death by her grandparents: Ernie and Elsie Groves; grandfather: Richard Short; and nephew: Gaberial.

A memorial service will be decided through Finch Funeral Home at a later date.
