William R Stoltz

Dixon, IL, William Ronald Stoltz, age 81, died Saturday June 25, 2016 in his home with his family at his side. William was born July 5, 1934 in Chicago, IL, the son of William E. & Lucille D. (Czarnecki) Stoltz. William married Joan Christman on June 4, 1955 in Chicago, IL. He worked as a self-employed carpenter retiring on December 31, 1999. He built his first home in Chicago, IL at the age of 22 where he started his family. He built his 2nd home in Lombard, IL where the family resided for 43 years, and he built the home in Lost Lake where he retired. William was a member of the Lighthouse United Methodist Church, Oregon, IL, he enjoyed crafts, helping others, and he enjoyed being with family and friends. William is survived by his wife: Joan Stoltz, Dixon, IL; Sons: William Jay (Tina) Stoltz, North Aurora, IL and Jeff (Karen) Stoltz, Franklin, NC; Daughter: Kimberly (Chris) Blount, Oakland, IL; 10 Grand Children and 12 Great Grand Children; 2 Brothers and 1 Sister. William is preceded in death by his Parents. Cremation rites have been accorded with Finch Funeral Home, 405 East Hitt, Mt. Morris, IL.
