Oregon, IL Thomas P. Lewandowski II., age 30, died Monday August 6, 2012 in his home. Thomas was born October 3, 1981 in Sterling, IL the son of Thomas P. & Tammy (Gray) Lewandowski. Tom graduated from Oregon High School Class of 2000; he also graduated from Highland Community College 2007 with Associates in Applied Science. Tom also attended Northern Illinois University. He liked to fish, play guitar, write music, liked the outdoors, photography, and he earned his green belt in martial arts. Tom is survived by his Parents: Thomas & Tammy Lewandowski Sr.; Sister: Liz (David) Mancuso, Andover, MN. Niece and Nephew: Nikia and Connor Mancuso, Andover, MN. Many Aunts and Uncles. Paternal Grandfather: Joe Lewandowski. Preceded in death by Maternal Grandparents and Paternal Grandmother. Memorial services will be Saturday August 11, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. in Finch Funeral Home 405 East Hitt, Mt. Morris, IL with Rev. Frank Lay officiating. Visitation will be Saturday August 11, 2012 from 1:00 P.M. till Service time in Finch Funeral Home. In Lieu of flowers memorials to Rockford Rescue Mission.
