Theresa L Kulevich

Oregon, IL, Theresa L. Kulevich, age 56, passed away peacefully Wednesday, August 14, 2013 at Serenity Hospice and Home in Oregon, IL. A loving mother, sister, daughter and aunt, she was born March 5, 1957 the daughter of Julius and Rita May (Grigals) Kulevich. Raised in Lombard, IL, she was a graduate of Glenbard East High School, Class of 1975. Theresa relocated to Oregon, IL sixteen years ago where she lived out her passion, filling her property with beautiful and interesting plants, trees and flowers, as well as a variety of animals. Theresa was a proud member of IBEW Local 196 and volunteered for both Habitat for Humanity and Tails Humane Society in Dekalb, IL. Theresa is survived by her daughter: Elizabeth Rose Kulevich (Fiancée Brad Hiemstra), Oregon, IL; Mother: Rita May Kulevich, Downers Grove, IL; Sisters: Karen (Edward) Lueck-Westerdahl Jr., Oswego, IL and Mary Schroeder, Stover, MO. Brothers: Bill (Sharrey) Kulevich, Lisle, IL; Dave (Cyndee) Kulevich, Warrenville, IL; Dan (Joanna) Kulevich, West Chicago, IL. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Theresa is preceded in death by her father, brother Robert, and both paternal and maternal grandparents. A private memorial service for immediate family will be held at a future date.
