Shiloh was preceded in death by a niece, Sarah Akins (daughter of Jeremiah and Rachel Akins.) He attended school in Mt. Morris. Shiloh worked various farm jobs, worked at a Timber Co. in Northern Wisconsin, Woods Brothers in Oregon, IL, and for the past 8 years he worked for Brian Duncan Farms, Polo, IL. Shiloh left behind three daughters, Hailie Kay Balluff, age 10; Hannah Marie Balluff, age 8, and Paige Angela Balluff, age 6 all of Siren, WI. A very special love of his life, Stacy Harris, Mt. Morris, IL and Stacy's daughter: Nicole (Ryan) Lantz of Savannah, IL. Mother: Anna M. and Gary D. Harper of Wyaconda, MO and Father: Kevin Balluff, Rockford, IL. Sister: Brandi Akins (Dave) Hargraves Sr. and two children: David Jr. and Sean of Wyaconda, MO. Sister: Heather (Michael) Merdian, Polo, IL and 4 children: Bo, Brody, Chrystal Shuman and Theodore Merdian, Polo, IL. Sister: Shannon Harper and Child: Liam of Beaverton, OR. Sister: Shianne (Toad) Wilson and 3 children: Nick, Travis, and Mason of Forreston, IL. 4 Brothers: Jim "Duge" (Susan) Akins, 3 Children: Courtney Pruitt, Brittney, and Curtis of Forreston, IL. Brother: Jeremiah (Rachel) Akins, 4 Children: Abby, Isaac, Isaiah, and Bethany of Polo, IL. Brother: Shane (Bambi Hinkle) Akins and 2 Children: Matthew and Pypar of Leaf River, IL. Brother: Garrett (Cindy) Harper of Rockford, IL. Maternal Grandparents the late Theodore R. Cronk and Anna A (Bruckart) Cronk of Mt. Morris, IL. The late Roy Johnson of Springfield, IL and Dorothy F. (Snebbit) Johnson presently of Wyaconda, MO. The late Jim Akins of Forreston, IL and Alice (Albert) Akins presently of Forreston, IL. Paternal Grandparents were the Late Frank and Darlene (Huffman) Balluff of Mt. Morris, IL. The Late Rex Harper of Zepher Hills, FL and Doyal and Mary Eakins, of Ottumwa, IA. Numerous Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins. Visitation will be in Finch Funeral Home, 405 East Hitt, Mt. Morris, IL for Family and Friends on March 14, 2013 from 6:00 P.M. till 8:00 P.M.
