Shelby was born May 3, 1942 in Rockford, IL the daughter of Cletus & Lenora (Conrad) Walker. Shelby was a former resident of Stouffer Terrace in Oregon, IL. Shelby precipitated in activities with Special Olympics, and Village of Progress. She was a member of Mt. Morris Evangelical Free Church, Mt. Morris, IL. Shelby was known by many throughout Northern Illinois. Shelby is survived by Brother: Conrad (Jean) Walker, Polo, IL and Sister: Barbara Rosenbalm, Caledonia, IL. Sister-in-Law: Jackie Walker, Rockford, IL. Many Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins. Her Family at Stouffer Terrace. Shelby is preceded in death by her Parents, 1 Brother: Tom; Niece: Melanie Rosenbalm. Services will be Wednesday December 24, 2014, 10:30 A.M. in Finch Funeral Home, 405 East Hitt, Mt. Morris, IL with Rev. Larry Jameson officiating. Burial will be in Adeline Cemetery, Adeline, IL. Visitation will be Tuesday December 23, 2014 in Finch Funeral Home from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers memorial to Village of Progress and/or Pinecrest Manor Nursing Home.
