Mt. Morris, IL, Pauline Leekley, age 92 died Wednesday September 4, 2013 in Pinecrest Manor Nursing Home, Mt. Morris, IL. Pauline was born October 24, 1920, the daughter of Irvin & Sadie (Brown) Leonard. Pauline married Robert Leekley on October 18, 1947 in Mt. Morris, IL; and he preceded her in death on October 22, 1994. Pauline worked in the Kitchen in Pinecrest Manor Nursing Home for 12 years; she also worked in the Kit Department as an Assembler at Kable Printing Company retiring in 1981. She was a member of the Mt. Morris Church of The Brethren. Pauline is survived by her son: Jerry Leekley, Mt. Morris, IL and Daughter: Linda (Russell) Grover, Rockford, IL. Grandson: Isaac Grover, Rockford, IL. Pauline is preceded in death by her Parents, Husband: Robert, Brothers: Paul and Herman, and a Sister: Ruth Mangette. Funeral services will be Friday September 6, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. in Oakwood Cemetery, Mt. Morris, IL with Rev. Barry Skinner officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Mt. Morris, IL. Finch Funeral Home, 405 East Hitt, Mt. Morris, IL is assisting the Family. Memorials to Mt. Morris Church of The Brethren.
