Paul N Branscomb

Mt. Morris, IL, Paul N. Branscomb, age 76, passed suddenly on March 26, 2025 in Swedish American Hospital, Rockford, IL.  Paul was born on July 30, 1948 in Unionville, MO, the son of L. Paul & Eleanor (Douglas) Branscomb. Paul graduated from Leaf River High School, Leaf River, IL.  He married Deborah Ingram on September 22, 1972 in Leaf River, IL.  Paul worked as a machinist for Rockwell Inc. retiring in 2000.

Paul coached little league baseball in Leaf River, like watching the Chicago Bears and Chicago White Sox, but most of all he loved his time with his grandchildren and having get togethers with his family.

Paul is survived by his wife: Debroah; sons: Chris (Stacy) Robertson and Craig (Amy) Branscomb; grandchildren: Amber Starbuck, Andrew Robertson, Abby Branscomb, Abel Branscomb, and Kane Branscomb; brothers: Kevin (Linda) Branscomb, Roger (Deborah) Branscomb, and Calvin Branscomb; sisters: Ramona (Chet) Mattingley and Judy (Jerry) Stults.

Paul is preceded in death by his parents; 4 nephews; and 1 niece.

A celebration of life will be held on April 13, 2025 from 12:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. in the Leaf River Complex.  Cremation rites have been accorded with Finch Funeral Home, 405 East Hitt, Mt. Morris, IL.  A
