Neva was born July 25, 1951 in Graves County, KY the daughter of George & Mavella (Allen) Richard. Neva worked at Borg Warner for 25 years and Plews Edelmann for 10 years in Dixon, IL. Neva loved to shop for shoes and purses, and spend many hours with her granddaughters. Neva is survived by her son: Scott (Tammie Nantz) Zentz, Dixon, IL; 2 granddaughters: Anna and Ashley Zentz, both of Dixon, IL; 2 brothers: Gene (Ruby) Richard, Valrico, FL and Rick (Deb) Richard, Dixon, IL; 2 sisters: Pam (Dan) Whipple, Dixon, IL and Kim (Kevin) Newburgh, Rock Falls, IL; Aunt: Mabel Ray, Murray, KY; and many nieces and nephews. Neva is preceded in death by her parents; brother: Terry Richard. Celebration of life will be held on Saturday December 2, 2017 at the Last Stop, 1914 Lowell Park Road, Dixon, IL from 12:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. in the banquet room.
