Neil D Johnson

Mt. Morris, IL, Neil D. Johnson, age 77, died April 3, 2014 in KSB Hospital, Dixon, IL. Neil was born August 16, 1936 in Milledgeville, IL the son of Lester R. & Vera L. (Fulfs) Johnson. Neil graduated from Mt. Morris High School. Neil married Jacqueline L. Keilsmeier in June 1954 in Mt. Morris, IL; they had 3 children: Duane, Pamela, and Kimberly. Neil then married Sandra A. Warfield in December 1962 in Ogle County; and they had 2 children: Crystal and Dennis. Neil was a farmer and a laborer, farming his family farm in Ogle County, IL. Neil is survived by his Children: Pamela (Butch) Turek; Kimberly (Mike) Bowman; Crystal (Darin) Rodgers; and Dennis Johnson. 7 Grandchildren: Zachary Neil Johnson; Hillary Jean Johnson; Jaclyn Kimberlee Turek; Michelle Kristine Bowman; Jacob Tyler Mongan; and Dylan James Mongan. 8 Great Grand Children. Neil is preceded in death by his Parents, 1 Son: Duane L. Johnson; 1 Grandson: Timothy Noble Bowman; 2 Brothers: Arlyn and Kenneth Johnson. Memorial services will be Friday April 11, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. in Finch Funeral Home, 405 East Hitt, Mt. Morris, IL with Rev. Josh Erhler officiating. Visitation will be Friday April 11, 2014 from 10:00 A.M. till service time in the funeral home. Memorials to Rescue Warrior's pet rescue.
