Byron, IL, Margaret A. "Maggie" (Rosko) Meyer, age 31, loving daughter, sister, and mother of Amos Patrick, died Wednesday October 19, 2016, in her home, Maggie was formerly of Mt. Morris, IL. Maggie was born August 22, 1985 in Blue Island, IL, the daughter of Donald & Luann (Martenz) Rosko. Maggie graduated from Oregon High School class of 2004, she received her associate's 's degree from Kishwaukee Community College, Bachelor and Master of Science in special education-preschool, from Northern Illinois University. Maggie cherished the role as mother of Amos Patrick who was born on September 16, 2013. Maggie and Amos were inseparable. Amos was Maggie's world; there was not a day that they were not together. She enjoyed every minute with Amos and spending time with her family and friends. Maggie worked at Chana Educational Center for several years, where she strived to make a difference in children's lives through education. She loved to run, work out, she was an avid White Sox fan, gardener, artist, and was an incredibly talented person in every way. She and Amos brought so much happiness to so many people. Maggie is survived by her parents; Donald (Luann) Rosko, Mt. Morris, IL; brother: Mark (Aimee) Rosko, Byron; niece and nephew: Josephine and Edward Rosko, Byron, IL; paternal grandmother: Dorothy Rosko, Oak Forest, IL; loving significant other: Christopher Pearce Rockford, IL; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Maggie is preceded in death by paternal grandfather: Edward Rosko and maternal grandparents: Raymond & Lucille Martenz. Memorial service will be held on October 24, 2016 at 4:00 P.M. in Kishwaukee Community Evangelical Presbyterian Church, 8195 Kishwaukee Road, Stillman Valley, IL with Pastor Eric Tonjes officiating. Burial will be held at a later date. Celebration gathering will be held following the memorial service in the Kishwaukee Community Evangelical Presbyterian Church until 7:00 P.M. In lieu flowers memorials to be established in Maggie and Amos's honor. Maggie lived life to the fullest, laughed often, loved much, and was a beacon of light to the world.
