Oregon, IL, Lois Ann Iva Bishop, age 78, died July 2, 2014 in Kishwaukee Hospital, DeKalb, IL. Lois was born November 26, 1935 in Mendota, IL the daughter of Hilbert & Pearl (Mathesius) Larsen. She graduated from Shabbona High School, Shabbona, IL. Lois married Edwin Bishop on January 9, 1988 in Rochelle, IL, and he preceded her in death on May 15, 2012. Lois was a Travel Agent working in Rochelle for Royal Travel retiring in 1989. She was a member of New Life Assembly of God. Lois was also a member of the Women of The Moose, Chapter 438, Rochelle, IL; Red Hat Club, Oregon, IL; and the Rock River Senior Center, Oregon, IL. Lois is survived by her Children: Loris (Mike Cudden) Anderson, DeKalb, IL; Leonard (Rose) Dewey, Rochelle, IL; Lindon (Yvonne) Dewey, Stillman Valley, IL; Christine (Daryl) Myrick, Grays Lake, IL; and Pamela Juarez, Mount Prospect, IL. Step Children: Cathy (Milton) Fager, Forreston, IL; Karen (Robert) Palmer, Chana, IL; Angie White, Oregon, IL; Dan (Rhonda) Bishop, Leaf River, IL; Edwin (Janice) Bishop Jr., Oregon, IL; and Chris (Angel) Bishop, Chana, IL. 24 Grandchildren; 13 Great Grandchildren; 1 Great Great Grandchild. Sisters: Hope Willrett, Malta, IL and Joyce Wrieden, Scottsdale, AZ; Sister in Law: Elaine Winters, DeKalb, IL. Many Nieces and Nephews. Lois is preceded in by her Husband: Edwin; Brother: William Michael Larsen; Daughter: Jennifer Richardson, and Stepdaughter: Cindy Jellies. A Memorial Service will be held on July 13, 2014 in New Life Assembly of God, 401 South 8th Street, Oregon, IL, at 3:00 P.M. with Pastor David Demmer officiating.
