Mt. Morris, IL, Lois I. Christians, age 89, died Friday September 7, 2018 in Oregon Living & Rehab Center, Oregon, IL. Lois was born November 5, 1928 in Fair Haven, IL the daughter of Glen & Helen (Isenhart) Wolfley. Lois married Leslie Christians on April 30, 1949 in Chadwick, IL. Leslie passed away on March 29, 2007. Lois loved camping with family, family gatherings, singing all kinds of music. She put everyone before herself. Lois attended the Mt. Morris Evangelical Free Church. Lois is survived by her children: Lonnie (Cindy) Christians, Fox Lake, IL and Linda (Rod) Peterson, Mt. Morris, IL; 4 grandchildren: Tim Christians, Schaumburg, IL, Stephen (Kathleen) Christians, Chicago, IL, Lucas Peterson, Leaf River, IL, Megan (Jeff) Leo, Schaumburg, IL; 1 great grandchildren: Chase; 1 brother: Merle Wolfley, Sterling, IL; 1 sister: Velma (Al) Randall, Rock Falls, IL. Lois is preceded in death by her parents, husband: Leslie; granddaughter: Karshan; 2 brothers: Clyde and LaVerne. Funeral services will be held Tuesday September 11, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. in Finch Funeral Home, 405 East Hitt, Mt. Morris, IL with Pastor Christopher Ausler officiating. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Park, Dixon, IL. Visitation will be held Tuesday September 11, 2018 from 12:00 P.M. until service time in Finch Funeral Home. Memorials to Oregon Living & Rehab Center and/or Unity Hospice.
