Linda Kay Hall, age 66, passed away on Saturday July 23rd, 2022. She was born November 3rd, 1955 in Rockford, IL to parents Thomas and Roberta Hall. Linda was raised in Leaf River, IL. She worked for Testors in Rockford, IL for nearly 20 years where she made many lifelong friends. She was an exceptionally caring and funny person, who nurtured many lasting friendships. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, and sister who loved traveling the world with her sister, Dottie. Most of all, her family was her pride and joy. She loved nothing more than being with her son, granddaughter, and great grandson. She raised her granddaughter, Alivia, as her own and made sure to tell her everyday “I love you with all my heart.” She was overjoyed when she was blessed with a great grandson to spoil. She would move Heaven and Earth to see them happy. Linda was loved by many and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by both of her parents. Four sisters; Nancy Hall, Shari Martinez, Mary Hall, and Jeanne Alegria. Two brothers; Thomas Jr and Charles Hall. And her furry companion, Molly.

Those left to honor Linda are her son, Jose Rubalcaba. Her granddaughter, Alivia (Zachary) Hawkins. Great grandson, Wesley Hawkins. Sisters; Dorothy “Dottie” Bowers and Marilyn “Betsy” Hall. Brother; Franklin (Carolyn) Showers. As well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends.

Her family would like to give a special thanks to the staff at Pincrest Manor, the Mount Morris Ambulance Service, and Dr. Belford at KSB Hospital for their compassionate care.
