Leona Reeder

Mt. Morris, IL, Leona Reeder, age 72, passed away on Saturday December 4, 2021 in Regency Care, Sterling, IL.  Leona was born on June 22, 1949 the daughter of Lester & Helen Heeren.

Leona married Glenn Reeder in 1967 in Forreston, IL.  Leona owned and operated His & Hers hair design in Mt. Morris for several years.  She loved doing people’s hair and always had a smile on her face.  She loved hot rods with Glenn and her pet dogs.

Leona is survived by her son: Tracy Reeder, Mt. Morris, IL; sister: Pauline Sumele, Indianapolis, Indiana.

Leona is preceded in death by her parents; husband: Glenn; and infant brother.

Cremation rites have been accorded with Finch Funeral Home, 405 East Hitt, Mt. Morris, IL.  A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
