Lavonne M Glotfelty

Mt. Morris, IL - Lavonne Mae Glotfelty, age 83, died Wednesday, July 4, 2012 at KSB Hospital, Dixon, IL. Lavonne was born May 11, 1929, in Thomson, IL the daughter of Donald and Florence Robison. She graduated from Mount Carroll High School, Class of 1947. Lavonne married Marlowe Glotfelty on June 7, 1952 in Mt. Morris, IL. She worked at Kable News Company as a proofreader for typesetting. Lavonne is survived by two sons: Marty Glotfelty of Mt. Morris, IL. and Thomas Glotfelty of Effingham, IL. Three grandchildren: Amber Glotfelty of Carterville, IL., Casey Glotfelty of North Carolina; Brandon Glotfelty of Effingham, IL. One great grandchild, Christian Michael Glotfelty of Carterville, IL. Lavonne is predeceased by her husband and two sisters Elma and Norma. Cremation rites accorded to Finch Funeral Home and Crematory, Mt. Morris, IL.
