Mt. Morris, IL; Kathy Ghibellini Davidson, age 53, died Saturday October 6, 2012 in St. Anthony Medical Center, Rockford, IL. Kathy was born January 6, 1959 in Rockford, IL the daughter of James & Angela (Salerno) Ghibellini. Kathy graduated from Mt. Morris High School class of 1977. Kathy worked for the Ogle County Sheriff's Department in Maintenance for 15 years. Kathy married Jeff Davidson on August 11, 2002 in Las Vegas, NV. Kathy loved her family, shopping, and being surrounded with many friends. She enjoyed riding with Jeff on their motorcycle visiting many places. Her 4 Grandchildren were her life; she loved all the time she spent with them. Kathy is survived by her Husband: Jeff Davidson, Mt. Morris, IL; Mother: Angela Ghibellini, Mt. Morris, IL; Son: Chad (Nicolle) Zellers, Forreston, IL. 4 Grandsons: Paul, Quintin, Cameron, and Landyn Zellers, Forreston, IL. Brother: Steven Ghibellini, Oregon, IL; Sisters: Jeanne (Dale) Rowland, Mt. Morris, IL; Shari (Aaron) Arnold, Sparta, WI; Cindy (Randy) Bergmann, Sparta, WI; Christy (Bert Rahn) Ghibellini, Mt. Morris, IL. She is preceded in death by Father: Jim Ghibellini; Daughter: Monica Zellers; Cousin: John Ghibellini; and Grandmother: Pauline Ghibellini. Memorial service will be Friday October 12, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. in Finch Funeral Home, 405 East Hitt Street, Mt. Morris, IL. Burial will be in Silver Creek Cemetery, Mt. Morris, IL. Visitation will be Friday October 12, 2012 from 10:00 A.M. till service time in Finch Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers Memorials to be determined.
