Mt. Morris, IL - Jon M. Parsons, age 33, died Sunday, October 30, 2011 in a car accident. He was born on September 8, 1978 in Dixon, IL., to Larry and Barbara (St. Ledger) Parsons. He was employed at TLC-Ryder Logistics in the warehouse. He is a life -long Ogle County resident. He loved to work on his home and his cars. He was an avid Dale Jarrett and Dallas Cowboys fan. He is survived by his parents: Larry Parsons, Marion, IL. and Barbara (Larry) Wagner, Leaf River, IL. Two daughters: Kortney Parsons and Samantha Parsons, Byron, IL. Three brothers: Larry Parsons II of Benton, IL; Joseph Parsons of Madison, WI; Donald Parsons of Belvidere, IL. One sister: Lorena Parsons-(Chris) Davis of Leaf River, IL. One step-brother Tim (Amber) Wagner of Byron, IL. One step-sister Katrina (Shawne) Aldridge of Forreston, IL. Funeral Services are Saturday, November 5, 2011 at 10:30 A.M. at Finch Funeral Home. Visitation will be 9:00 A.M. till service time. Burial will be at Silvercreek Cemetery, Mt. Morris, IL. Memorials to be established at a later date. Finch Funeral Home is assisting the family.
