Jessica A Peterson

Jessica was born on July 30, 1984, in St. Charles, IL the daughter of Gloria & Douglas Peterson.

Jessica’s greatest joy in life was being a mother. She loved her sons more than life itself, and they were always at the center of her heart. She also enjoyed expressing her creativity through drawing and scrapbooking, creating things that reflected the artistic and thoughtful side of who she was.

Jessica is survived by her boyfriend: Matt Freeze; beloved sons: Donovan, Nicolas, Leo, and Bennett; mother: Gloria (Bob) Weglarz; sisters: Debra (Ken) Sopiak and Kathy (Roger) Ackerman; as well as extended family and friends who will remember and miss her.

She was preceded in death by her father: Douglas Peterson.

Jessica’s life ended far too soon, but the love she had for her children and memories shared with those who knew her will live on.

A celebration of life honoring Jessica will be held on November 14, 2026 in the Mt. Morris Moose Lodge from 1:00 P.M until 4:00 P.M.
