Jeannie M Freeze

Leaf River, IL, Jeannie M. Freeze, age 46, passed away on Thursday April 18, 2019 in Serenity Hospice and Home, Oregon, IL with her family by her side. Jeannie was born June 10, 1972 in Rockford, IL the daughter of LeRoy & Judy (Schrader) Freeze. Jeannie loved to spend time with her family and close friends, she loved being around children whenever she could, she spent much of her time with her cat Jazzy, she loved her Dallas Cowboys, but most of all her time with her mother was unending. Jeannie is survived by her mother: Judy Hunter, Leaf River, IL; many aunts, uncles, cousins, special cousin: Amy; and special friend: Jessica. Jeannie is preceded in death by her father: LeRoy; grandparents, cousin: Tim Freeze. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday April 24, 2109 at 11:00 A.M. in Finch Funeral Home, 405 East Hitt, Mt. Morris, IL with Rev. Rodney Caldwell officiating. Burial will be in Lightsville Cemetery, Leaf River, IL. In lieu of flowers memorials to Serenity Hospice and Home.
