Gladys Anna Mae Springer

Mt. Morris, IL Gladys Anna Mae Springer, age 89 died July 11, 2012 in her home. Gladys was born May 28, 1923 in Leaf River, IL the daughter of John & Emma (Wells) Motter. Gladys graduated from Byron high School. She was a lifetime area resident. Gladys married Ross W. Springer on November 22, 1941 in Des Plaines, IL. He preceded her in death on June 2, 2003. Gladys worked in the bindery department of Kable Printing Company before she was married. Gladys is survived by her son: Steve Springer, Mt. Morris, IL and several nieces and Nephews. She is preceded in death by Parents, Husband, 3 Sisters: Evelyn, Rosey, and Helen; 3 Brothers: Merle, Glenn, and Orville. Funeral services will be Friday July 13, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. in Finch Funeral Home, 405 East Hitt, Mt. Morris, IL with Rev. Frank Lay officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Mt. Morris, IL. Visitation will be in Finch Funeral Home Friday July 13, 2012 from 1:00 P.M. till service time. Memorials to the Mt. Morris Ambulance.
