Gary John Rubly

Gary John Rubly, age 63, passed away suddenly on Sunday, Oct. 29, 2017 in his home. Born on Feb. 28 ,1954 to James Richard Rubly and Martha (Drees) Rubly. Graduated from Boylan Central Catholic High School class of 1972. Gary was a life-long farmer, most recently in Forreston, Il. He loved hunting, fishing, and working outdoors. He always had time to lend a hand to anyone in need . His sense of humor was infectious. He will be sincerely missed by all who knew and loved him. Survivors include sisters: Joyce[Dale] Bland, Nancy Mckee, and Jan[Tony] Steward.. 2 aunts, Margaret Rubly, and Anna Jean Drees. Numerous cousins and nieces and nephews. Special friends, Mark Michalak, David Ames, John, Shelly, and Melissa Bokker, Dan Miller, Renee and John Ludwig, and many other good friends. Predeceased by his parents. Memorial service will be held Saturday November 4, 2017 at 11:30 A.M. in Finch Funeral Home, 405 East Hitt, Mt. Morris, IL with Rev. Josh Ehrler officiating. Visitation will be held Saturday November 4, 2017 from 10:30 A.M. until service time in Finch Funeral Home.
