Diana "Lynn" Martin

Oregon, IL, Diana L. "Lynn" Martin, age 72, passed away on Sunday August 18, 2019 in Serenity Hospice & Home with her family by her side. Lynn was born on September 20, 1946 in Oregon, IL the daughter of Harry A. & Marguerite (Bornemeier) Smith. She graduated from Oregon High School Class of 1964. Lynn Married George "Bill" Martin on June 16, 2016 in Oregon, IL. Lynn worked as a title searcher in Real Estate for Rockford Title Company and Northwest Title Company for many years. She was an avid gardener, loved mowing her lawn, she crocheted many items for all new baby arrivals, she loved four wheeling, and spending the winters in Arizona. Lynn is survived by her husband: Bill Martin, Oregon, IL; 2 sons: Darryl Ehnen, Oregon, IL and Steven Ehnen, Dixon, IL; 1 grandson: Devin Ehnen, Lawrence, KS, I great grandson; 2 sisters: Iris O'Hare (Bernard) Empen, Forreston, IL and Beryl Blumeyer, Oregon, IL. Lynn is preceded in death by her parents, 1 brother: Richard "Dick" Smith. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday August 31, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. in the Oregon VFW, Oregon, IL. Memorials to Serenity Hospice & Home, Oregon, IL. Cremation rites have been accorded with Finch Funeral Home, 405 East Hitt, Mt. Morris, IL.
