Chelsey was born September 9, 1990 in Rockford, IL the daughter of Rodney Rapp Jr. & Gina (Boyden) Holland. Chelsey attended Dixon High School, Dixon, IL. She was working on her Dental Assistant degree. Chelsey liked photography, astrology, reading, and really loved her time with her children. Chelsey is survived by her children: Draven Collazo, Franklin Grove, IL and Fallon Marcuox, Oregon, IL; parents: Rodney Rapp Jr., Franklin Grove, IL and Gina (Ty) Holland, Oregon, IL; paternal grandparents: Linda Brown, Franklin Grove, IL and Rodney Rapp Sr., Leaf River, IL; maternal grandparents: Susan (Alex) Javorik, Oregon, IL and Rich Boyden, Oregon, IL. Cremation rites have been accorded with Finch Funeral Home, 405 East Hitt, Mt. Morris, IL. Memorial has been established for her children.
