Bonita L Voss

Mt. Morris, IL, Bonita Voss, age 86, died February 24, 2014 in Rockford Memorial Hospital, Rockford, IL. Bonnie was born on July 21, 1927 in Harvey, IL the daughter of Walter & Ruth (Erickson) Finck. Bonnie married Wendell Voss on August 13, 1948 in Aurora, IL and they were blessed with 65 years of wedded bliss. Bonnie was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, member of DORCUS, assistant church secretary, she enjoyed her flower garden. Bonnie is survived by her Husband: Wendell Voss, Mt. Morris, IL; 4 Children: Randy (Ruth) Voss, Captain Cook, Hawaii, Sandra (Nathan) Schug, Yuma, AZ; Cindy McRobie, Cohutta, GA; and Scott Voss, Oregon, IL. 10 Grandchildren, 9 Great Grandchildren, and many other family members. Bonnie was very special to everyone who knew her, and she will be missed very much. There will be a memorial service to remember her at a later time. Finch Funeral Home, 405 East Hitt, Mt. Morris, IL is assisting the family.
