Walter preceded her in death on September 15, 2007. Bertha work several years at Kable News Company. She is survived by Son: Gerald Blake, Durand, IL; Daughter in Law: Sandra Blake, Mt. Morris, IL: Nephews, John & Ronald LeVar and Rev. Harold Muetzel: Niece, Evelyn Waguespack; 14 Grandchildren; 24 Great Grandchildren; 4 Great Great Grandchildren. She is preceded in death by Parents; Husband, Walter; Sons: Darrell and Lloyd Blake; Daughter: Janice Johnson; Son In Law: Kenny Johnson; 2 brothers; and 3 sisters. Funeral Service will be Thursday August 4, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. in Disciples United Methodist Church, Mt. Morris, IL with Rev. Doc Newcomb officiating. Burial will be in Silver Creek Cemetery, Mt. Morris, IL. Visitation will be Thursday August 4, 2011 from 10:00 A.M. till service time in the church. Memorials to Ogle County Hospice and/or Disciples United Methodist Church.
